Online MTAs now available

We at Its4women.ie car insurance are pleased to announce that from today customers have the facility to administer their accounts online 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. Alex Todd, Brand Manager said “ This is a great step forward and will enhance the service that we provide our customers. From now on our customers do not have to call us to make adjustments to their policy or request new documents as this can be done from the comfort of their own home. In addition our site actually performs the adjustment at the time, unlike our competitors sites that ask you to send a request and then contact you later”

The site allows customers to the following online

1.	Change Vehicles Permanently and Temporary
2.	Change Driver(s) Permanently and Temporary
3.	View Claims
4.	Update Personal Details
5.	Request New Documents
6.	View Existing Documents

Over the coming months we will be enhancing site with online renewals and more functionality surrounding claims.
