We have recently invested in a purpose-built contact centre that houses over 20 staff in sales, customer services and accounts. Emma Beattie, General Manager stated "Even though more than half our clients deal with us only online and this continues to grow month on month, we have also invested in our backup services. We have opened a new contact centre with state of the art telephone and computer systems that will enable us to service new and existing clients more efficiently. We have also extended our opening hours to 20:00 hours Monday to Thursday and 13:00 on Saturdays. We are also open most bank holidays.
