Announces New Website Launch

We’re excited to announce that our new and refreshed website is live. The updated site includes changes to navigation, with improved structure of our content. There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your experience of the site that much better for you.

When we started the project, we had big ideas; from having a user friendly and responsive design so that it is easily viewable and usable regardless of the device it is being viewed on (mobile, tablet, desktop) to keeping the personalised user experience feel, while bringing our website in line with the new campaign. Our solution was to create a clean uncluttered design with improved functionality that allows our customers to quickly and easily access essential information that offers a more comprehensive understanding of the insurance products provided by Our blog, live chat facility and online portal are still available, and only a single click away. The ‘Help Centre’ can now be found at the top of the screen with many of your frequently asked questions, so you’ll get more from a quick read.

As an online business, we should constantly look for innovative ways to make our website experience as simple and rewarding as possible,” commented Brand Manager Alex Todd.

Alex continued, “We have been listening to our customers and we believe that this new site will allow our visitors to have a very informative experience by providing all the information needed for online administration."

We have also created a host of new graphics, published a gallery’s worth of images, and included a few updates that have made the site easier to use.
