Within minutes of purchasing a new policy, making a change or renewing, its4women.ie will email your insurance documents to the email address provided on your policy. However, your Certificate of Motor Insurance and Disc will follow in the post, we recommend checking the attached documents as soon as possible to verify the information is accurate as incorrect information could invalidate your insurance cover.

You will also be provided with a secure online account which enables you to access your policy 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. On your account, there is a dedicated section for your documents. This includes the following:

  • Policy Schedule
  • Statement of Facts
  • Renewal Notice (Proof of No Claims Discount - Renewals only)
  • Terms of Business
  • Insurance Product Information Document
  • Policy Document
  • Breakdown Assistance Policy

The above documents can be viewed and printed at any time. To take care of the environment, we will only send your certificate and disc by post.

You can also access the following documents from the its4women.ie homepage:

  • Policy Document
  • Insurance Product Information Document
  • Terms of Business
  • Breakdown Assistance Wording

When you make a change to your policy, we will post you a new Certificate of Motor Insurance and Disc, however, you must return your ‘Obsolete’ or old Certificate to us.

If you no longer have your Obsolete Certificate, you can complete and return a ‘Lost Certificate Declaration’ form which is available on your online account.

If there is a gap between your previous policy expiring and our policy commencing, we may require clarification of the gap in insurance cover. If the vehicle registration does not match, we may require additional documents to verify the purchase date of the vehicle.
