The IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2025 was a vibrant celebration of Ireland’s most inspiring female leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Held on Friday, April 25, at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin, the event brought together a dynamic community of professionals to honour excellence across 14 categories, including the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award and the overall Businesswoman of the Year .

The evening was hosted by Melanie Morris, IMAGE Media’s Group Contributing Editor, and entrepreneur and broadcaster Áine Kerr. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner, delicious drinks, and a special musical performance by the incredible Róisín O. Among the evening’s highlights was the Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Siobhán Talbot, former Group Managing Director of Glanbia Plc, in recognition of her decades-long leadership and transformative impact on Irish business . Aimee Connolly, CEO of Sculpted by Aimee, was named Overall Businesswoman of the Year, while Carolan Lennon, Country Leader at Salesforce Ireland, took home CEO of the Year .

The awards showcased the incredible breadth of talent across sectors—from STEM and ESG to entrepreneurship and community impact. It was a powerful reminder of the resilience, creativity, and leadership that women bring to the business landscape.
