When will I receive my Reward Credits?
After a policy is purchased your account will be updated with 50 Reward Credits but you will only be able to spend these 45 days after the effective date of the policy they have been earned on. (Inclusive of cooling off period and to ensure we have all the correct documentation required for the policy).
Will my Reward Credits expire?
If there has not been any Activity on your Reward Credits Account for up to 12 months after the expiry date of the Insurance policy, any Reward Credits accumulated will expire.
